It’s almost like they were working on THEIR OWN homes instead of mine. Russ even said he wants to revisit several months down the line to check on things and do some fine-tuning if worthwhile. Clearly, he’s not looking to close the book on his customers just because he drove away. He values the relationship, which was obvious as he and I conferred throughout the on-site work.
