In the first week of January 2023, we improved Mrs. Jeanne Franko of Manakin Sabot (Goochland) crawlspace,  we encapsulated and then insulated with the Thermax reflective foamboard.  She was excited to be able to take advantage of the new (higher) tax credit for new insulation.

Everything went very smoothly and I am so glad I am able to take advantage of the new tax credits.

I appreciate your taking the time to answer all of my questions before we started.  (Never doing something like this before I was hesitate and concerned.)

I am continuing to monitor the humidity, and it has steadily been going down.  We also are not smelling any crawlspace odors like we used too!
